Mrs. Kisska-Schulze received her B.S. from Radford University in 1996; her J.D. from University of Wyoming in 2004, and her master of laws in taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Florida in 2005.

Mrs. Kisska-Schulze is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, and is a member of the Southeast Wyoming Estate Planning Council. Prior to joining Long Reimer Winegar Beppler LLP, she worked as a tax associate in the Multistate Tax Division for Deloitte Tax in McLean, Virginia. She is married to a native Nebraskan and has one daughter. She is a member of both the Washington DC and Wyoming Bar Associations.
